Shipping Policy - the basics
We ship orders with care and intention - not magic - so processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and time of year. Orders are typically processed within a few business days before shipping, excluding holidays. You'll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Please double check your shipping address before completing your purchase, as we are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
