This Refund Policy applies solely to refund and return requests made through The Pierced Collective LLC website. Approval of refunds is limited and granted at the sole discretion of The Pierced Collective LLC in accordance with the terms outlined below. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy and its conditions.
Refund Policy - the basics
We carefully curate our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. That said, all sales are considered final unless a refund request is submitted and approved under limited circumstances.
If you believe your order qualifies for a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to notify us of the issue. Requests made outside of this window will not be considered. Approval refunds are issued only in select situations and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Purchases made at in-person vendor events are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstances.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that fall outside of this policy, show signs of wear or misuse, or are submitted without proper communication. This policy may be updated at any time, and continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
